The Eraclea photovoltaic plant was connected to the grid in 2012 and will become part of Viridis Energia’s plant portfolio as of 2021.

The plant has demonstrated an excellent ability of the photovoltaic modules to maintain high productivity, and the revamping plan also involved the replacement of the energy conversion inverters using the new String Inverter technology, which has improved their performance, reduced maintenance costs and increased the annual hours of operation.
