V iridis Energia has adopted a Model for the organisation and management aimed at ensuring conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities, in order to protect its position and image and the expectations of its stakeholders (in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, which introduced a system of responsibility administrative – but in fact criminal – charges against the companies).
